Initial situation
Improving the labour market situation of a structurally weak region is a complex challenge that requires interaction between the economic and social systems. Particularly at the interface of these two systems, there is hidden potential for innovation that can be used to mutual advantage: For example, impact deficits in active labour market policy can be reduced if companies are more involved in planning and design. Companies, in turn, can benefit from the offers that social institutions provide, including for their own workforce.
Target groups and their benefits
The project "So_WirtS!" was aimed at companies and social partners in the Worms region who were open to a new form of cooperation and wanted to work together on labour market problems.

The aim of the "So_WirtS!" project together with the participating companies and social organizations to analyse the acute problems in the Worms region, to develop ideas for their solution in dialogue, and to plan projects for the implementation of the ideas.
