Initial situation

Continuing education is the central social issue of this century. Continuing education in enterprises is of great importance for the personal development and employability of individuals as well as for the economic development and sustainability of enterprises. Good basic education and strong in-company education and training must be topics that are at the top of the agenda in companies and society and at the same time require investment in in-company CET.

Target groups and their benefits

The project weiter:bildung is aimed at member companies of the IG BCE in order to support them in setting up meaningful and sustainable human resources development. Works councils, which can actively promote further training in the company, are particularly addressed.

Project goal

The aim of the project weiter:bildung is to integrate further training counselling in the IG BCE. It is to become an offer for works councils that supports them in reviewing and sensibly developing qualification structures and offers in the companies.

Role of ISOB

ISOB supports as external scientific accompanying research, among other things in the needs assessment and evaluation in the qualification offers as well as in the internal quality assurance in the form of workshop moderation.
