Project concept

Initial situation

Through the project, best practices in self-evaluation are made accessible and further developed for training staff. The project improved practices in VET and promoted the application of systematic quality development, such as transparency of competences and the broadening of the European Reference Framework, in the field.

Target groups and their benefits

The ROQET project is aimed in particular at quality officers at schools in order to increase their training quality and the innovative capacity of training practice.

Project goal

The ROQET project aims to develop a system for the development, implementation and evaluation of key competences of teachers, trainers and instructors in vocational schools and training institutions. The project partners have developed the system based on the European Reference System for Quality Development, adapted to the systems used in their countries.
