Project concept

Initial situation

In the face of accelerated change in the global economy, SMEs gain their competitive advantage through an integration of organisational development and continuous learning processes of all employees involved. Essential for change is the promotion of a culture of integrated learning and working in companies to find new ways of cooperative problem solving through close collaboration between SMEs and external education advisors.

Target groups and their benefits

The LEARN'n'WORK project is particularly aimed at external educational advisors and SMEs in order to promote a culture of integrated learning and working.

Project goal

The LEARN'n'WORK project addresses a crucial challenge in Europe's efforts to become the most competitive business location in the world (Lisbon Summit): the modernisation processes of SMEs. The project is testing these tools in a thorough process of field testing in the four participating countries (Austria, Germany, Hungary and Portugal), adapting them to improve further transfer.
