Initial situation
Business life is becoming more international and thus more intercultural. An understanding of different business cultures must therefore be created in order to operate successfully internationally and to be able to work in intercultural teams.
Target groups and their benefits
The EUROCULVALUES project is aimed at European companies, especially people studying management. The aim is to help them develop cultural awareness in order to develop their business and acquire knowledge of cultural values and their subtleties in the context of international cooperation.
Project goal
The project EUROCULVALUES has the aim of creating a cultural awareness and practical aids for cooperation in intercultural teams and to strengthen the business relations of European companies.
Role of ISOB
ISOB took over the project-accompanying consulting and internal evaluation. ISOB was also responsible for the comparative study.
