Project concept

Initial situation

Changes in the world of work are becoming increasingly unpredictable and complex. In order for prospective managers to successfully enter the current dynamic business world, European universities and educational service providers must adapt their leadership development offerings accordingly.

Target groups and their benefits

The Young Leaders project was aimed at young managers and university graduates with less than 5 years of professional experience who aspired to a higher management position or wanted to start their own business. They receive a tailor-made qualification offer to strengthen their competences as entrepreneurs and managers.

Project goal

The Young Leaders project aims to identify the relevant competences and qualifications for young leaders and make them available to European universities and training providers. They can expand their offer and strengthen the economic power in the country.
