Stephanie Reiner is an action researcher and personnel and organizational developer. She is doing her doctorate at the Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg in cooperation with the East Bavarian Technical University of Applied Sciences Amberg-Weiden on the topic of \"Resource orientation in times of digital transformation: innovative methods in personnel management\". Since April 2024, she has been a junior professor for innovative didactics at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Jakob Haimerl is studying Media Informatics at the University of Regensburg. Since 2020, he has been supporting the institute in the administration of IT systems, website design and social media. After receiving her doctorate in German linguistics, she completed additional training as a speech teacher and worked as a lecturer in the fields of rhetoric, voice training, phonetics and speech science. She has been active for many years in the training of professionals in social and educational work and works with students with refugee experience and migration background. Dr. Karoline St\u00fcrmer is a biologist and science journalist. In 2007 to 2008 she was part of the expedition ANT-XXIV\/2 on the German research icebreaker \"Polarstern\". Her book for young people \"Pole, Packeis, Pinguine\" was nominated for the German Youth Literature Award in 2008.
