situation<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SMEs in Europe are observing with interest the dual training systems from the German-speaking countries as well as the hybrid systems in the Netherlands and Denmark. However, many SMEs in Europe doubt the transferability of these models and their economic viability. <\/span><\/p><p><strong>Target groups and their benefits<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The APPRENTICEship project is aimed at SMEs and European organisations that are interested in dual training and want to transfer experiences from other European countries. <\/span><\/p><p><strong>Project goal<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of the APPRENTICEship project is to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">review experiences in countries with a dual system and discuss them with top representatives of SMEs in European countries. The empirical values <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the dual training systems <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are assessed in terms of their transferability and economic
