Initial situation<\/strong><\/p>

The role of in-company training staff is changing. Especially in the service sector, there is a need for qualified trainers from training providers and competent in-house trainers who systematically accompany work-integrated learning processes. Learning process facilitators initiate, support and accompany needs-based, self-organised learning processes in SMEs that are as close to the workplace as possible and promote self-organised learning in the workplace. <\/span><\/p>

Target groups and their benefits<\/strong><\/p>

The CompServ project is primarily aimed at those responsible for personnel and qualification issues in SMEs who want to initiate learning processes in their companies. In addition, external trainers and consultants are addressed who carry out further training measures for SMEs in the service sector. Both target groups were enabled to take on the role of learning process facilitators.<\/span><\/p>

Project goal<\/strong><\/p>

The CompServ project aims to improve the service competence of employees in SMEs. The aim is to strengthen the self-learning processes in the company that are as close as possible to the workplace (\"learning at work \/ on one's own problem\") and to qualify internal and external facilitators who can initiate, implement and support self-learning processes in SMEs. <\/span><\/p>
